This beautiful girl was purchased in Sandusky, OH. It had been powered by two Yanmar motors approx. 175hp. The owner purchased (2) 440hp 5.9 - liter Cummins with ZF V drive transmissions. These were purchased directly from Cummins. After the motors were set the owner had an accident, even after this he spent many manhours fixing many things that had been done incorrectly over the course of the boats life. He has all of the plumbing, domestic water, sanitary, bilge pump, drains replaced or repaired.

Major work completed:
*Removed old engines and reinforced the forward and rear engine room bulkheads, designed (Dave Gerr Marine Architect). Manufactured and installed new engine stringers and tied in to the new bulkhead reinforcement. Also included removal of the Westerbeke generator. (Engines need to be aligned and bolted down)
*Stripped all gel coat off the bottom and treated the fiberglass with Clear Penetrating Epoxy Sealer (CPES) as per Steve Smith of Smith and Company recommendations. Steve is credited with solving the blister problem of the fiberglass boats and has a very good research paper written about his findings. - Complete
*Running Gear - purchased new 2" shafts, seals, struts and intermediate struts and Acme Props (installation required)
*Plumbing - Restored emergency bilge pump system where engines are used to evacuate water from various parts of the bilge. RE-plumbed domestic water system and drains, purchased engine strainers. Performed work to vacuflush system, installed macerator pump, installed shower drain pumps, etc. - Complete
*Engine Room - Engine room floors, doors, actuators, lighting, cleaning, degreasing, painting, new engine room floors with aluminum diamond plate over 1/2" plywood. - Completed but may need to be reassessed.
*Cabin Varnish is 90% complete
*Electrical traced out systems, removed abandoned electrical wiring, replaced 12-volt battery cables, landed wiring for various systems on new switches in new electrical panel at the helm - 90% completed
*Mast - added wings/levels to mast, sandblasted and painted, installed steaming light and air horns, actuator, etc - complete
*Exhaust - fiberglass exhaust for engines - not completed yet
*Keel Leaks from compartment to compartment - box keel filled with foam, which was removed and and the keel; was poured with epoxy
*Rot in Bulkheads under the floor - Completed
*Refinish swim platform - stored indoors in great shape - Completed
*Refinished Transom - stored outdoors, will need to be redone
*HVAC - purchased and installed (2) Webasto FCF heat pumps - not fully installed

*Moisture readings (bottom) - gel coat was wet and we skirted the bottom of the boat and blew hot air from the attic of our building under the skirt to dry out the bottom of the boat. Moisture content of the bottom was monitored and work began once the bottom moisture content was below 15%.
